Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion period - Valid from 12 February 2026 to 31 December 2026 (GMT+4), unless otherwise modified or ended earlier by Bettorian.
2. No opt-in required - This promotion is applied automatically.
3. Cashback offer
   • Eligible customers receive 10% cashback on net losses from qualifying Sportsbook bets during each monthly cashback period.
4. Qualifying bets
   • Only settled Sportsbook bets placed with real money during the month qualify.
   • Voided/cancelled/refunded bets do not qualify.
   • Bets that are cashed out (full or partial) may be excluded from the cashback calculation or treated as settled at the cashout value, depending on the Sportsbook settlement rules.
5. Cashback calculation (monthly net losses)
   • “Net losses” means the total of qualifying stakes minus the total of qualifying returns/winnings for the month.
   • If your net result for the month is break-even or positive, cashback for that month will be 0.
6. Payment timing (monthly) - Cashback is calculated and paid once per month for the prior month’s qualifying activity. The payment will be credited after month-end processing (timing may vary).
7. Crediting method - Cashback is credited as cash to your account.
8. Adjustments - If bet settlements are corrected after cashback is paid (e.g., resettlements), Bettorian may adjust future cashback payments to reflect the correct net result.
9. Support / disputes - If you believe your cashback is incorrect, contact Support and provide your username and the month in question for review.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Bettorian reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
2. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
3. All promotions are subject to Bettorian’s general Terms & Conditions, which remain in full effect.
4. Each offer is limited to one per person. This includes restrictions across accounts, IP addresses, devices, households, payment methods, contact details, and shared public networks.
5. Bettorian reserves the right to investigate and act upon any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or irregular activity, including voiding bets, withholding winnings, and excluding users from current or future promotions.
