Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits:
Use only payment methods in your name; we may limit methods per CGA/AML rules.

On-Chain AML: We may employ blockchain analytics to screen wallet addresses, transaction history, and typologies (e.g., mixer, darknet, sanctioned addresses); flagged transactions may be rejected, frozen, or reported.
Crypto Withdrawals: You must wager at least 100% of your deposit value before requesting a crypto withdrawal (in addition to bonus wagering requirements).
Travel Rule: Where applicable, we may require beneficiary and originator information for transfers between Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs).

Bonuses & Promotions

Eligibility: Bonus offers are discretionary and may have geography, KYC, or account status conditions.

Withdrawal: Balances in dormant accounts can be withdrawn per Section 9 policies.

Account Closure

By Player: Request closure via Customer Support at support@bettorian.com; remaining funds (excluding bonuses) refunded.
By Operator: We may close accounts for breaches, regulatory issues, or suspected fraud, with funds/winnings potentially confiscated.
Self-Exclusion: Accounts under responsible gaming self-exclusion remain closed until the period ends.

Payment Rules

Processing: Via verified methods; third-party processors may apply additional terms.
Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks may suspend/close accounts; abusers may be banned and owe a €60 fee per incident. For crypto, network transactions are final and not reversible; any attempt to reclaim funds must be pursued off-chain with your wallet provider.
AML Checks: Transactions may be monitored for money laundering/terrorism financing, with suspicious cases reported.

Collusion, Cheating, Fraud, and Criminal Activity

Prohibited Practices:
Collusion with other players, use of bots, exploiting bugs/glitches, fraudulent transactions.

Suspension/closure of accounts, forfeiture of funds/winnings, and reporting to authorities.
Additional verification may be required before withdrawals.

Intellectual Property

Restrictions: No unauthorized use of URLs, marks, or odds; no copying/monitoring of content.

Errors & Communications: In case of communications/system errors affecting settlement, we may remove products, correct errors, and adjust balances.

Liability and Errors

Liability Limits:
Not liable for foreseeable losses unless breaching legal duties (e.g., negligence causing injury).
Maximum liability: lesser of bet value or €500.
Errors: Bets voided due to system malfunctions, human errors, or incorrect odds; funds adjustable to correct mistakes.
Force Majeure: No liability for delays/failures beyond our control (e.g., acts of God, power cuts).
Exclusions: We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, data, or business interruption, and for outages related to networks, ISPs, or mobile devices to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Responsible Gaming

Tools: Self-exclusion, time-outs, deposit/loss/wager limits with cooling-off periods; links to external support resources are provided.
Monitoring: Accounts may be suspended where harmful patterns are identified and pending affordability/SOW checks.

Complaints and Disputes

Assignment: You cannot assign these Terms; we may assign rights to third parties.
Severability: Invalid provisions modified to align with intent; remaining Terms unaffected.
Notices: Sent to/from Registered Email Address in English.

Escalation: If unresolved, you may escalate to the CGA or competent Curaçao authorities; without prejudice, the Operator may agree to independent ADR where appropriate.

Introduction

Filing a Complaint

Complaints must be submitted using the template provided on our Website and include the following information:

Acknowledgment

Complaints will be acknowledged in writing within one (1) week by the support team of Marcentra Corporation N.V. and www.bettorian.com, including an explanation of how the complaint will be handled.

Resolution

Marcentra Corporation N.V. will provide a final ruling in writing within four (4) weeks from receipt of the complaint.

If necessary, this period may be extended once by an additional four (4) weeks, with the player informed accordingly.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Players may, at any time, request alternative dispute resolution at Marcentra Corporation N.V.’s expense.
