Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish a binding legal agreement between you, the customer ("Customer"), and Marcentra Corporation N.V., a limited liability company registered in Curaçao with a registered address at Cassandraweg 52, Curaçao and company registration number 151335. Licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK) and License OGL/2024/234/0315, we provide sports betting and casino services through our website www.bettorian.com and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing any section of the Website, opening an account, or using the Service—including via mobile or tablet devices—you agree to be bound by these Terms, which encompass the Website Terms and Conditions, game-specific rules, General Promotional Terms, promotion-specific terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other applicable rules displayed on the Website (collectively, the "Terms of Use"). Customer Obligations

On-Chain AML: We may employ blockchain analytics to screen wallet addresses, transaction history, and typologies (e.g., mixer, darknet, sanctioned addresses); flagged transactions may be rejected, frozen, or reported.

Crypto Withdrawals: You must wager at least 100% of your deposit value before requesting a crypto withdrawal (in addition to bonus wagering requirements).

Travel Rule: Where applicable, we may require beneficiary and originator information for transfers between Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs).
PROMOTIONAL TERMS — BONUS ELIGIBILITY, ABUSE PREVENTION AND ENFORCEMENT
1. Eligibility — One Account, One Person, One Bonus
1.1. Each promotional offer, bonus, free bet, free spin, cashback or any other incentive (collectively, "Bonus") is available once per Player, per household, per residential address, per IP address, per device (as identified by browser fingerprint, device ID, or hardware signature), per email address, per telephone number, per payment instrument (cryptocurrency wallet), and per any other identifier that the Operator may reasonably use to establish uniqueness.
1.2. Only one account per natural person is permitted on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same identity, an alias, a third party's identity or otherwise, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
1.3. Where two or more accounts are linked by any combination of shared identifiers — including but not limited to matching IP addresses, device fingerprints, browser configurations, payment instruments, KYC documentation, geolocation data, behavioural patterns, session metadata, or cookie and local storage markers — the Operator shall treat all such accounts as belonging to a single Player for the purposes of Bonus eligibility.
2. Household, Family and Connected Persons
2.1. Only one Bonus of each type may be claimed per household. A "household" means all individuals residing at the same physical address, regardless of whether they are related by blood, marriage, cohabitation, domestic partnership or otherwise.
2.2. Where multiple accounts registered from the same household each claim a Bonus, the Operator reserves the right to honour only the first qualifying claim and to void all subsequent claims, including any winnings derived from those claims.
2.3. This restriction extends to connected persons, defined as individuals who share a financial, familial, professional or social relationship that, in the Operator's reasonable assessment, gives rise to a risk of coordinated Bonus exploitation. Connected persons include, without limitation: spouses, partners, parents, siblings, children and other relatives; housemates and co-residents; business partners, co-workers at the same organisation, or persons sharing a registered business address; and any individuals who have historically shared a payment method, device, or network access point with the Player.
3. Syndicates, Coordinated Play and Collusion**
3.1. Players shall not participate in any Bonus offer as part of a syndicate, group, club, consortium, arrangement or scheme (whether formal or informal) designed to exploit promotional offers, extract guaranteed profit from Bonus funds, or otherwise derive an advantage not intended by the Operator. This prohibition applies whether the coordination is conducted in person, through messaging applications, online forums, social media groups, affiliate networks, Discord servers, Telegram channels, or any other communication medium.
3.2. The Operator employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify patterns consistent with syndicated play, including but not limited to: clusters of accounts registering or depositing within close temporal proximity; accounts following identical or substantially similar betting sequences; accounts placing opposite or hedging bets against one another on the same event or market; coordinated chip-dumping in peer-to-peer games (poker, peer-to-peer betting exchanges); and accounts systematically targeting the same promotional offer with materially identical wagering strategies.
3.3. Where the Operator identifies a pattern consistent with syndicated or coordinated activity, it may treat all implicated accounts as a single unit for the purposes of Bonus terms, wagering requirements and withdrawal limits.
4 . Bonus Abuse, Arbitrage and Irregular Play
4.1. A Bonus is intended to enhance the entertainment experience of genuine recreational Players. The following conduct constitutes Bonus abuse and is prohibited:
(a) Systematic or professional exploitation of Bonus offers, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, value betting, or any strategy designed to extract risk-free or low-risk profit from Bonus funds;
(b) Exploiting any software error, pricing error, odds miscalculation, game malfunction, or technical defect to gain an advantage from a Bonus;
(c) Self-referring or creating referral loops through affiliate programmes, referral codes or friend-invite schemes to generate Bonus entitlements;
(d) Using third-party software, bots, scripts, macros, automated tools, AI-assisted decision engines, or any non-human input to place bets or play games while a Bonus is active.
4.2. The Operator is not required to prove intent. A pattern of play that is objectively consistent with abuse — as determined by the Operator's fraud and risk management team using statistical, behavioural and technical analysis — is sufficient grounds for the Operator to exercise its rights under Section 7.
5. Geolocation, VPN and Identity Integrity
5.1. Players must not use any virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, Tor exit node, remote desktop, virtual machine, GPS spoofing application, or any other tool or method to mask, alter or misrepresent their true location, IP address, device identity or network characteristics while participating in a Bonus offer.
5.2. Where the Operator detects inconsistencies between the Player's declared country of residence, KYC documentation, payment instrument country of issue, IP geolocation, device language settings, timezone, or any other location indicator, the Operator may suspend Bonus privileges pending verification.
6. Operator's Rights and Remedies
6.1. Where the Operator determines, in its reasonable discretion, that any of the provisions set out in Sections 1 through 6 have been breached or that a Player's activity is otherwise inconsistent with the intended purpose of a Bonus offer, the Operator may take any one or more of the following actions without prior notice:
(a) Withhold, void, cancel or reclaim any Bonus, free bet, free spin or other incentive credited to the Player's account;
(b) Void any bets placed with Bonus funds and confiscate any winnings derived from such bets, whether or not the wagering requirements have been completed;
(c) Adjust the Player's account balance to reverse the effect of any Bonus abuse, including setting the balance to the amount that would have existed had no Bonus been credited;
(d) Restrict or permanently remove the Player's eligibility for future promotional offers;
(e) Suspend or close the Player's account, with the return of the Player's verified deposited funds (net of any Bonus amounts and any winnings derived from abused Bonuses);
(f) Where multiple accounts are involved, suspend or close all linked accounts and consolidate any refund of deposited funds to a single account;
(g) Offset any amounts owed by the Player against any balance held in the Player's account;
(h) Report the Player's conduct to relevant regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, industry fraud prevention databases, and other licensed operators, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the Operator's privacy policy.
6.2. The Operator's exercise of any right under this Section 7 shall not constitute a waiver of any other right or remedy available to the Operator under these Terms, at law, or in equity.
6.3. The Operator shall make reasonable efforts to notify the Player of any action taken under this Section 7, together with the grounds for such action. However, the Operator is not obliged to disclose the specific detection methods, algorithms, thresholds, or data points used to identify the breach, as such disclosure would compromise the integrity of the Operator's fraud prevention systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Operator's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any Bonus, including any claim for winnings derived from a Bonus, shall not exceed the value of the Bonus as originally credited to the Player's account.
7.2. Under no circumstances shall the Operator be liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from the application of these Promotional Terms, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. These Promotional Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, including the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de kansspelen, LOK) and all subordinate regulations issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA).
8.2. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Promotional Terms shall first be referred to the Operator's internal complaints procedure. If the dispute remains unresolved, the Player may refer the matter to the Operator's designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider as approved by the CGA.
8.3. Nothing in these Promotional Terms excludes or limits the Player's right to seek redress before the Court of First Instance of Curaçao.
9. Severability and Interpretation
9.1. If any provision of these Promotional Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or by the CGA, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
9.2. The headings in these Promotional Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
9.3. In the event of any conflict between these Promotional Terms and the terms of a specific promotional offer, these Promotional Terms shall prevail unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise.
Inactive/Dormant Accounts

Definition: Inactive after 12 months with no login/transaction activity.

Fees: A monthly fee may be applied if the balance is positive, until zero or closure.

Notice: 30 days’ prior notification before fees begin.

Reactivation: Log in and complete a transaction (e.g., deposit, bet) to reactivate.

Account Closure

By Operator: We may close accounts for breaches, regulatory issues, or suspected fraud, with funds/winnings potentially confiscated.

Self-Exclusion: Accounts under responsible gaming self-exclusion remain closed until the period ends.
Payment Rules

Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks may suspend/close accounts; abusers may be banned and owe a €60 fee per incident. For crypto, network transactions are final and not reversible; any attempt to reclaim funds must be pursued off-chain with your wallet provider.

Collusion, Cheating, Fraud, and Criminal Activity

Liability and Errors

Player Complaints Policy
Introduction
Marcentra Corporation N.V., licensed under the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) for offering casino and sportsbook services through www.bettorian.com, is committed to the fair, transparent, and timely handling of all player complaints, in compliance with Article 5.3 of the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK).
Filing a Complaint
Players may submit complaints regarding any Game of Chance related to the use and/or functions of www.bettorian.com within six (6) months from the date of the incident, free of charge.
Complaints must be submitted using the template provided on our Website and include the following information:

Marcentra Corporation N.V. will provide a final ruling in writing within four (4) weeks from receipt of the complaint.
If necessary, this period may be extended once by an additional four (4) weeks, with the player informed accordingly.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Players may, at any time, request alternative dispute resolution at Marcentra Corporation N.V.’s expense.
